Membership of AAMT

In Australia

AAMT has an annual membership of over 5000 individuals and institutions.

AAMT does not have direct membership; membership is automatic when joining one of the 12 state/territory associations.

There are many benefits to being an AAMT member, including:

  • being part of the largest network of mathematics educators in Australia
  • being kept up to date with the latest mathematics education issues in Australia -- and being able to have your say
  • being kept up to date with information about the latest teaching resources
  • special member's prices on journals, mathematics resources and events.

Overseas

If you do not live in Australia, then you have the option of becoming an International Associate; this gives you access to all of the Association's journals and newsletters electronically (you can request hard copy journals for an additional fee) as well as receiving member's prices on goods and services offered by the Association.
